1. Team Leader – Finance Expert (Key Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Finance/Economics/Public Finance/MBA (Finance) or CA
• Experience: 10+ years in municipal finance, local government finance, municipal bonds, or pooled financing

2. Infrastructure Engineer (Key Position)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or Management
• Experience: 7+ years in rural and urban infrastructure (roads, water supply, sanitation, energy)

3. Procurement Expert (Key Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Finance, Economics, Procurement Management, Accountancy, or Chartered Accountant
• Experience: 7+ years in procurement, contract management, and PPP structuring

4. Project Performance Monitoring & MIS Specialist (Key Position)

• Qualification: Master’s in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, or MBA
• Experience: 7+ years in MIS development, project monitoring, and impact assessments

5.1 Technical Support Staff – 1 (Non-Key)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Planning
• Experience: 4+ years in rural/urban infrastructure (roads, sanitation, water supply, energy)

5.2 Technical Support Staff – 2 (Non-Key)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Rural Development, Development Studies, Finance, or Management
• Experience: 4+ years in procurement, contract management, and PPP structuring
