Job Details:
Position: Deputy Manager – Billing & Planning
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years
- Location: Belgaum – Hungund – Raichur section, Karnataka
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor invoices as per contract agreements.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up for bill certifications.
- Track project costs and control budget versus actual expenditures.
- Monitor project schedules, track work progress, and identify deviations.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculate project quantities (earthwork, structures).
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for regular progress reviews.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, SOR (Schedule of Rates), and statutory compliance.
- Prepare Change of Scope (COS) documentation.
- Generate Work Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Material Reservations using SAP.
- Maintain and present Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
