Job Details:
Role: Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Planning & Billing
- Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
- Industry: Infrastructure (Highways – HAM Projects)
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs and control budgets
- Develop and monitor project schedules
- Prepare BOQ from field data and drawings
- Track progress and prepare regular project reports
- Conduct joint site inspections for progress verification
- Generate and certify RA/IPC, advance, and final bills
- Process and approve subcontractor bills
- Perform rate analysis for variations and non-BOQ items
- Ensure timely payment processing and cash flow tracking
- Work within HAM framework (milestone tracking, escrow/annuity, O&M billing)
