Open Positions

1. Sr. Executive – SAP HCM

• Location: Gurugram (HO)
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 6 years (must have handled Indian Payroll in SAP HCM HANA independently)
• Certification Preferred: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP HCM Payroll processes.
• Maintain Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (TM) modules.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with ABAP developers for system enhancements.
• Support system testing, UAT, and payroll configurations.

2. Executive – Talent Acquisition

• Location: Gurugram (HO)
• Qualification: MBA in HR
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments for manpower planning.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new talent.

3. Document Controller – HR & Admin

• Location: Gurugram (HO)
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HR & administrative documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data management policies.
• Support audits and internal records.
