Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 15 years (Relevant experience in High Rise Building Projects is mandatory)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil (Full Time)
- Project Location: Pan India (Civil SBU)
Role Descriptions
- Site Execution: Mivan construction, site progress, and team coordination
- Finishing: Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling
- Rebar: BBS, rebar fixing, drawing interpretation
- Billing & Commercial: BOQ, rate analysis, client billing
- Planning: MS Project / Primavera scheduling and reporting
- QA/QC: Inspection protocols, test plans, quality standards
- EHS: Safety audits, risk assessment, ADIS/PDIS (SBTET mandatory)
- Formwork: Modular, system, monolithic formwork (Mivan preferred)
- Stores / P&M: Site material management and machinery coordination

- Dates: 19th & 20th July 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Timings: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Venue: Hotel Orchid, T1, 70-C, Nehru Rd, Near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Navpada, Vile Parle, Mumbai – 400099
