Plant Capacity: 2 x 600 MW (Coal-based Thermal Power Generation Unit)

Open Positions:

1. Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM – Operations (General Shift)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / C&I) PGDC NPTI preferred
• Experience: 10–15 years Must be from client company with experience in PF-fired units (above 500 MW)

Behavioral Competencies:

• Strong communication skills
• Innovative thinking
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Description:

• BTG desk operations, safe unit start-up/shutdown, emergency handling
• Daily performance monitoring (MTM, ramp rate, heat rate)
• Ensure SOP and interlock compliance
• Troubleshoot and support operational challenges
• Strengthen LOTO process, drive operational efficiency improvements

2. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

• Number of Positions: 01
• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical)
• Experience: 5–10 years Experience in PF-fired units above 500 MW in client companies only

Behavioral Competencies:

• Effective communicator
• Innovative and analytical approach
• Calm under pressure

Job Description:

• Expert in axial fan maintenance (ID, FD, PA)
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Preferred background: L&T Howden, TLT Turbo

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Electrical Maintenance

• Number of Positions: 01
• Education: B.Tech (Electrical)
• Experience: 10–15 years Required: Experience in PF-fired units above 500 MW in client companies

Behavioral Competencies:

• Good communication
• Problem-solving ability
• Resilient under pressure

Job Description:

• Maintenance of BTG area electrical equipment
• Knowledge of generator/transformer protections
• Hands-on with Unitrol 5000, AVR, VFDs, DC systems
• Expertise in relays (Siprotec, Micom, SEL 751A)
• SAP-based spare parts management
