Core Project Expertise
Candidates must have a proven track record in:
- RCC foundations & structural steel works
- Heavy equipment erection & pipe rack installations
- Control building execution
- Client coordination: progress reviews, inspections, issue resolution
Leadership & Functional Skills
We are looking for professionals with:
- Visionary planning and strategic project execution
- Decision-making under pressure and uncertainty
- Effective stakeholder management and change leadership
- High-impact communication skills
