Position Details

Job Title: RMC Plant Incharge

• Business Division: Commercial RMC Business
• Project Location: Guyana, South America
• Experience Required: 15+ years

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• MBA preferred (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RMC plant operations, including production, batching, quality control, dispatch, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor inventory and streamline raw material procurement.
• Maintain high production quality with regular testing and continuous process improvements.
• Optimize operational efficiency and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee manpower planning, training, and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business expansion through efficient multi-location operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in RMC operations, crusher plants, and civil infrastructure.
• Strong technical, operational, and commercial understanding.
• Leadership experience managing multi-location teams and operations.
• Knowledge of business development, finance, marketing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
