Open Positions

1. Department Lead – HSE

• Department: HSE
• Designation: AM / DM
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 10–15 years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Must have experience in safety jobs and client documentation work.

2. Contracts Lead

• Department: Contracts
• Designation: AM / DM
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 7–10 years (minimum 3 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Expertise in drafting letters (EOTs, extra claims, rate analysis), billing, FIDIC, dispute resolution, arbitration, pre- & post-contract, and MIS.

3. Project Monitoring Head

• Department: Projects
• Designation: GM & Above
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil), MBA in Project Management
• Experience: 20+ years (minimum 10 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Should have experience in managing full project life cycles with quality and coordination across departments.

4. Construction Manager & Project Incharge

• Department: Projects
• Designation: PM to Sr. GM
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 17+ years (minimum 7 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Must have independently handled metro/railway projects as Project Incharge.

5. Project QA & QC Incharge

• Department: QA & QC
• Designation: AM to Manager
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 10–15 years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Must be capable of independently handling QA/QC operations.

6. Project QS & Planning Incharge

• Department: QS & Planning
• Designation: AM to Manager
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 10–15 years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Must be capable of independently managing planning and quantity surveying tasks.

7. Project Execution Engineers

• Department: Execution
• Designation: AE to DM
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 8–15 years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Should have sound experience in elevated structure construction.

8. Department Lead – Stores, Accounts & RM

• Department: Stores / Accounts / Resource Management
• Designation: AM / DM
• Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma
• Experience: 10–15 years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Must be capable of independently managing respective departments.

9. Interface Manager

• Department: Projects
• Designation: DM
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
• Experience: 15+ years (minimum 5 years in metro/rail projects)
• Note: Responsible for managing and documenting design interfaces among various disciplines and stakeholders.
