Open Positions:
1. Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
- Ability to lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance
2. Senior Accountant
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and reporting tools
3. Civil Engineer
- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of field experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, materials, and regulations
