Positions & Roles
- Job Location: PAN India
- Job Titles: Engineer / Manager – Planning, Commercial, Contracts Administration & Sub-Contracts
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) / NICMAR
- Experience: 12–15 Years
- Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning Engineer / Manager
- Develop & monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs, track progress, conduct delay & critical path analysis
- Coordinate with site & project teams for resource allocation & execution monitoring
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports & recommend corrective actions
2. Commercial Engineer / Manager
- Review & administer contracts ensuring compliance with commercial terms
- Handle claims, variations, and contractual disputes
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow
- Support procurement & vendor negotiations for cost optimization
3. Sub-Contracts Engineer / Manager (Civil)
- Prepare tender packages, invite bids, evaluate subcontractor proposals
- Negotiate terms & finalize subcontract agreements
- Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and payments
- Review & resolve subcontractor claims, variations, and disputes
4. Contracts Administration Engineer / Manager
- Draft, review, administer agreements as per project/client requirements
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, scope of work, and commercial conditions
- Conduct risk assessments related to subcontractor performance
- Review subcontractor claims and invoices; negotiate claims, variations, and EOT
- Support dispute resolution processes with contractors & clients
