Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Hiring
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 3-year / 6-semester full-time Diploma after SSLC (10th) or HSC (10+2) – (10+3 or 10+2+3).
- Passing Date: Diploma to be completed by 31st October 2025.
- Branches Eligible: Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control (I&C) / Mechanical.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate in Diploma (first attempt only).
Not Eligible:
- Candidates with any backlogs/arrears or reattempted subjects.
- Graduates (before or after diploma) in Engineering, Science, Arts, etc.
- Sandwich diploma courses.
- Foreign nationals.
(Company reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria/branches if required)
Other Details
- Stipend (Apprenticeship Year): ₹1.86 Lakh per annum (0–1 year).
- After 1 Year (FTC): Salary progression as per company norms.
- B.Tech Program (DELITE): Work-integrated B.Tech program available for all diploma students.
- Job Locations: Chennai & Vadodara.
