Location: Vill. Umalla, Tal. Jhagadia, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat

Required Positions:

1. Manager (DTY):

• Experience: 15-20 years in DTY machines in Texturising Industries
• Skills: Knowledge of quality, parameters, OLT systems, raw material & spares inventory, market coordination

2. Assistant Manager (Q.C.):

• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Experience: 10-15 years in Nylon Tyre Cord Lab
• Skills: Instrument validation, raw materials & finished product testing, IMS/IATF/NABL & SAP preferred

3. Engineer/Sr. Engineer (Power, Instrument, Maintenance, Utility):

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)
• Experience: 3-7 years in Power, Instrumentation, Maintenance, & Utility in Textile Industries

4. Dy. Engineer/Engineer/Sr. Engineer (Spinning/DTY/ATY):

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Textile Engineering)
• Experience: 3-8 years in Texturising, POY, FDY, & Nylon Spinning

5. Chemist:

• Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Chemical Lab, validation of instruments, raw materials & finished product testing
• Skills: Basic knowledge of IMS/NABL & SAP preferred

6. Dy. Officer/Officer (Taxation):

• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com.
• Experience: 6-12 years in Taxation, TDS & TCS returns, GST, Audit, Accounting Reconciliation
• Skills: SAP knowledge required

7. Utility/HTM Operator:

• Qualification: ITI (Fitter/RFM/2nd Class B/Attnd.)
• Experience: 5-10 years in HTM, Compressor, Chiller, WTP, RO, & other Utility maintenance

8. Fitter (Winder Maintenance):

• Qualification: ITI (Fitter)
• Experience: 5-10 years in Winder maintenance (ACW 4IY/1200 Barmag Winder), Cutter, Gearbox, Tumbler Dryer, Pump, Reactor, PHE, Vibrating Sleeve & Centrifuge Machine

9. Electrician:

• Qualification: ITI (Elect.)
• Experience: 3-5 years in operation & maintenance of Switch Yard, Switchgear, Motor/Transformer overhauling, Electrical Drawing

10. Inst. Technician:

• Qualification: ITI (Instrumentation/IMCP)
• Experience: 5-10 years in POY, FDY, IDY Winder & Instrumentation maintenance

11. Process Control Operator:

• Qualification: HSC
• Experience: 5-10 years in operation & maintenance of ATY, DTY machines
