Job Details:

• Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer
• Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh (HO)
• Department: Contracts
• Qualifications: NICMAR / M.Tech / B. Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 6-10+ years

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting proposals for issues impacting operations.
2. Responding to clients’ observations and communications on contractual matters.
3. Preparing Contract Appreciation Documents (CADs).
4. Analyzing events for time and cost impacts on projects.
5. Building and reviewing Extension of Time claims and supporting documents.
6. Reviewing Work programs, Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Monthly Bills, Price Adjustments, etc.
7. Tracking daily contractual aspects.
8. Managing claims and arbitration/dispute issues effectively.
9. Developing Management Information Systems (MIS) for critical issues and claims.
10. Ensuring proper document management and supporting the Document Controller.
11. Facilitating the contractual closure of projects.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of FIDIC Books, World Bank Contracts, EPC Contracts, and other international contract forms.
• Understanding of billing/invoicing and Price Variation.
• Expertise in delay analysis specific to infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills essential for managing complex contractual issues.
