Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Procurement (Contracts)

📍 Location: Hyderabad Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities

✅ Contracts & Procurement Expertise

• Must have extensive experience in civil and road works, landscaping (hard & soft scape), and external development.
• Proficient in handling MS Pergola, Play Court Fencing, Gate Fabrication, Façade Works, False Ceiling, Clubhouse Interiors, Signage, and more.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, legal compliance, safety norms, budget control, and project timelines.

✅ Project Coordination & Cost Analysis

• Evaluate the scope of work, execution methodology, and cost estimation in consultation with clients, consultants, and third parties.
• Ensure seamless coordination between site teams and external contractors for timely approvals.
• Experience in BOQ analysis, contract costing, studying drawings, negotiations, and procurement functions.

✅ Contract Management & Process Improvement

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors.
• Maintain accurate internal contract documents and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and onboard new contractors while assessing the competency of existing contractors.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 📌 Education: B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical (Only)
• 📌 Experience: 6+ years in Procurement & Contracts (Real Estate Developers)
• 📌 Software Skills: SAP MM/ERP, MS Office, AutoCAD
