Positions Available:
CA – Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements (quarterly & annual basis) under IND AS compliance.
- Monthly closing of the book of accounts.
- Monthly MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors for on-time completion of audit.
- Co-ordination with Tax consultant in filing submissions related to direct tax assessments.
- Filing of ITR, SFT return, Tax audit.
- Reply to notices/letters issued by tax authorities, rectifications, refunds, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience in IND-AS, ICDS, and Tax Audits.
- Good accounting knowledge and must have multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience of working in an SAP environment.
- Must have 5 plus years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have qualified final groups of CA.
CS – Company Secretary
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Sound skill of drafting minutes, agenda, various resolutions, and other deeds and documents as per Companies Act, 2013.
- Competence in maintaining various books & Registers.
- Competence in filing various e-forms along with preparations of necessary annexures.
- Sound exposure in XBRL filing of annual accounts & Cost records.
- Decent competence in Liaisoning with R.O.C, MCA, and various other statutory Authorities.
- Must have qualified final groups of CS.
