Job Summary:
The candidate will be part of the Arbitration Cell focusing on techno-legal aspects, contract administration, arbitration, and claim management across infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contracts and claim-related documents
- Draft and manage contract-related communication
- Administer contracts across EPC, PPP, HAM, BOT, BOOT models
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and legal counsel
- Maintain documentation and records for arbitration and claims
