Position Available:
- Role: Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Structure
- Location: Guyana, South America
- Experience Required: 12+ years in structural engineering, specifically in the construction of major/minor bridges, flyovers, and various structural elements such as pile foundations, open foundations, girder casting, and culverts.
Qualification:
- Diploma, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) from reinforcement drawings
- Check reinforcements and formwork per the design
- Calculate quantities for structural elements
- Ensure quality of structure after shuttering
- Review drawings for execution
- Prepare and verify RA bills for subcontractors
- Liaise with authority engineers and clients for RFI approvals
- Conduct testing of structures after completion
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Overseas work experience is an advantage
