1. Engineer – I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE05)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 5+ years or Diploma with 7+ years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in precast I-girder erection
- Responsibilities: Planning and supervising I-girder erection, alignment, crane coordination, safety, and quality.
2. QC Engineer (Job Code: BGQC08)
- Qualification: BE Civil (8+ years) or Diploma (10+ years)
- Experience: NHAI/MORTH/PWD bridge, flyover, or viaduct projects.
3. Foreman – PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGQPCYF15)
- Experience: 15+ years overall, 10+ years relevant
- Responsibilities: Oversee segmental casting yard operations, ensure quality and safety compliance.
4. Foreman – Launching & Erection (Job Code: BGLF15)
- Experience: 15+ years overall, 10+ years relevant
- Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities for segmental erection using launching girders or underslung methods.
5. Foreman – I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE15)

- Responsibilities: Supervise on-site girder erection, manage lifting ops, guide placement, ensure alignment and safety.

6. Production In-Charge (Job Code: GAMC05)
- Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Experience: 8–10 years in RMC or construction-related production management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customer & sales team to confirm the order, receive customers’ orders and record all the relevant information on their daily requirerttent of ready-mix concrete accurately and produce the shipping sheet with all necessary details like so no.. contact detail site address in order to provide the costomer with the best service possible under optimum utilization of production equipment
- Planning and execution of concrete pump, continuous coordination with sales team, QC team & customer to ensure best service and quality. Sales and Marketing: Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives

- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as requested by clients or for installation of access and pump pipelines, ensuring sufficient space availability
- Client Coordination: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide support to toster strong relationships
7. RMC Plant Operator (Job Code: GAMC06)
- Experience: 8–10 years in operating RMC plants with 60+ cubic meter capacity.
- Responsibilities: Responsible for batching the concrete as per approved mix design, Coordinate with site if required, Prepare the delivery challan and update in register, providing delivery challan & batch import to TM Driver to be submit at site, ensuring cleaning & chipping of plant and preventive routine maintenance
8. Junior Executive – Raw Material Procurement (Job Code: GRMC07)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or SCM
- Experience: 5–6 years in procurement (RMC or construction preferred)
- Skills: Negotiation, ERP, MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Spare Parts Procurement: Arrange spare parts required by concerned departments, based on filled Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Price Negotiation Negotiate prices for materials, spare parts, and services Raw Material Sourcing: Arrange raw materiais, including Cement-Aggregates-Sand-Water-ice-Admatures Micro silica, in accordance with scheduled requirements, preparing PO and follow up till final appoval, preparing service GRN, and Ensure ordered quantities are received from approved suppliers, meeting Quality Department standards
- Logistics Coordination, Instruct vendors and suppliers to unload materials in designated areas, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure correct and timely delivery of parts and materials as per Purchase Orders, coordinate with purchase head at HO to timely arrange the material at site as per site requirement
9. Senior Store Keeper (Job Code: GRMC08)
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in SCM or Inventory Management
- Experience: 5–7 years in RMC/construction stores management
Roles and Responsibilities
- in charge of the store department, responsible for store control and management.
- Receiving and Recording Material Receive material from suppliers, verify purchase orders, and record recepts
- Material Arrange and preserve materials in a proper manner to prevent deterioration or loss
- Issuing Material: Issue material to all departments based on requisitions.
- Maintain store ledger, bin cards, and other records to track Inventory levets
- Supervise store staff and coordinate store activities
- Scientifically determine stock levels to avoid overstocking and under stocking. Maintain continuous records of inventory 1
- Economic Ordering Quantity: Determine the optimal quantity to order to minimize costs
