Open Positions:

• Position: Business Development
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience: 10+ years in the solar industry, specifically in open-access group captive, ground-mounted solar projects.

Job Description:

• Bringing customers to buy power under group captive open-access module.
• Identifying and targeting high-volume electricity consumers (>100 KW) for group captive solar solutions.
• Developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Managing client relationships and negotiating terms for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
• Handling sales cycles from initial contact to project completion.
• Reporting on sales performance, market trends, and proposing strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in solar project finance and PPAs.
• Technical knowledge of solar energy systems.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strategic mindset focused on achieving targets and profitability.
• Experience in developing and managing sales channels.
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
