Position:

Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager – Proposal & Tendering

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the preparation of bids and proposals for Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and Desalination Plants across India.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Skills: Proficiency in designing sewage and water treatment plants and related infrastructure. Competency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Register leads/inquiries in ERP.
2. Design process for Municipal Sewage and Water Treatment Plants.
3. Prepare basic engineering packages and review P&ID, layout in AutoCAD.
4. Develop BOQ, estimates, and budgets for tenders/proposals.
5. Facilitate technical discussions/meetings with customers and the internal project team.
6. Create PowerPoint presentations highlighting technical and commercial aspects.
7. Actively participate in bid preparation and submission within deadlines.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years in proposal and design experience with reputable water companies.
