  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master’s in Construction Management (preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years in high-rise building works & infrastructure projects

2. Purchase Officer

• Job Code: 15-BLPO2025
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related field
  • Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement (preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years in construction procurement

3. Quantity Surveyor / Contracts & Billing Engineer

• Job Code: 16-BLQS2025
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Professional training in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: 8+ years in quantity estimation, billing & contracts (building works)

4. Accounts Executive
