1. Quantity Estimation Engineer
- Job Code: 09-SIQE2025
- Location: Sion Regional Office, Mumbai
- Department: Planning & Estimation / Tendering
- Reporting To: Head – Planning & Estimation / SBU Head – Water Projects
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Experience: 5–15 years in Public Health/Environmental Engineering projects (STP, Sewer Network, Stormwater, WTP, 24×7 Water, Desalination, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review NITs, drawings, and specs to prepare quantity take-offs
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates as per CESMM, POMI, SMM7 standards
- Analyze subcontractor quotes, support tendering, update cost databases
- Site visits and collaboration with internal and external teams
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
Skills:
- Proficiency in estimation software (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, etc.)
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
2. Project / Site Engineer
- Job Code: 08-SISE2025
- Location: Project Sites, Mumbai
- Department: Water Vertical
- Reporting To: Project Manager
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Experience: 3–10 years in PHE/EE projects including STP, WTP, stormwater drains, desalination plants, biogas units, FGD systems, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute works as per design and drawings
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Coordinate with design, construction & subcontractor teams
- Monitor site progress, ensure safety, compliance & quality
- Resolve technical issues and support project execution
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Skills:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure site execution
- Planning, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of technical drawing review and reporting
