Job Position:

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM

• Department: Insurance
• Location: Corporate Office, Nashik, Maharashtra

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering Graduate in any stream (preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience in heading the insurance department of a reputed engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Insurance:

• Oversee insurance for ongoing infrastructure projects at domestic and international locations.
• Manage insurance for ongoing maintenance projects and asset insurance, including marine, air, and road insurance for exports and imports.

2. General Insurance:

• Handle medical health policies, personal accident policies, and workmen’s compensation policies.
• Manage insurance related to vehicles, stationary, and non-stationary machinery.

3. Insurance Portfolio Management:

• Analyze detailed project and machinery data to develop risk management strategies and secure management approval.

4. Risk Analysis and Management:

• Conduct risk exposure analysis of projects to determine necessary insurance coverage.
• Implement effective mitigation strategies to manage risks.

5. Claims Management:

• Manage insurance claims, prepare reports on claims status and statistics, and review data for future improvements.

6. Insurance Cost Control:

• Negotiate with insurers for optimal coverage and cost-effective premiums.

7. Adoption of Latest Insurance Developments:

• Ensure the adoption of the latest insurance practices relevant to the infrastructure industry for efficient risk management.
