Role: HR and Administration (International Projects)

  • Senior Manager
  • Assistant General Manager (AGM)
  • Deputy General Manager (DGM)
  • General Manager (GM)

Location: Corporate Office, Nashik, Maharashtra

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 25 years of experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
    • Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, power distribution & transmission, railways, and water systems.
  1. Recruitment and Resourcing
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and finalizing candidates.
    • Plan HR needs for construction projects by collaborating with functional and operational heads.
  2. Visa and Workforce Planning
    • Determine visa types (temporary, business, etc.) and oversee local hiring to meet international project requirements.
  3. HR Strategy and Talent Development
    • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Develop policies to identify high-performing talent and establish training opportunities.
  4. Performance Management
    • Oversee the appraisal process linked to performance rewards and career advancement.
  5. Employee Welfare
    • Introduce employee development plans, wellness initiatives, and reward systems.
    • Address grievances promptly to ensure positive employee relations.
  6. Facilities and Compliance
    • Manage company leases for labor camps, staff accommodations, and hired vehicles.
    • Negotiate economical multi-line insurance packages such as group medical and GLPA.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
