Position: 1

1. Sr. Engineer/ARE – Planning

Division: Highway

Department: Planning & QS

Qualification:

• B.Tech (Civil) – Full-time
• NICMAR (Preferred)

Experience: More than 8 Years

Location: West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed resource-based project plans, schedules, and timelines.
2. Use Primavera/MS Project to create and monitor schedules.
3. Plan and allocate manpower, material, and equipment to meet project goals.
4. Track construction progress and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
5. Prepare and monitor DPR, MPR, and MIS reports for management and consultants.
6. Identify and address project bottlenecks and monitor critical paths.
7. Manage project resources effectively, ensuring proper availability and consumption.

2. Manager – Quantity Surveying, Costing & Project Planning

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
• NICMAR or Management background preferred

Experience: 15–20 Years (Highway & Bridge Projects)

Location: West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

1. Head Quantity Surveying, Costing, Budgeting, and Planning departments.
2. Monitor project progress as per plans and address bottlenecks.
3. Analyze critical paths and ensure smooth execution.
4. Manage project resources (requirements, availability, and utilization).
5. Oversee project costs against budgets.
6. Handle scope variations, approvals, and payments.
7. Manage client billing and payment processes.
