Ashoka Buildcon is hiring for its Building & Infrastructure division.

Open Positions:

1. Manager – Business Development

• Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
• Experience: 10+ years (Minimum 7 years in a relevant role)
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil
• Responsibilities: Developing business growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, generating leads, client engagement, negotiations, tender participation, and driving sales expansion in both government and private sectors.

2. Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Tender

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience: 4+ years
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Civil
• Responsibilities: Rate analysis, cost estimation, vendor coordination, tender preparation, quantity surveying, risk assessment, contract review for construction projects.

3. Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – BD & Tender

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience: 6+ years
• Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E/B.Tech – Civil
• Responsibilities: Pre-bid meetings, site visits, client coordination, tender documentation, prequalification, EMD follow-ups, ensuring successful tender submission.

4. Project Manager

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Experience: 17+ years
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma – Civil
• Responsibilities: Managing residential and commercial building projects, project planning, and execution.

5. Officer / Executive – HR

• Location: Gonde, Maharashtra
• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: MBA-HR/BBA/MSW/Ex-Servicemen
• Responsibilities: HR and administrative tasks.

6. Assistant – HR

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience: 4+ years
• Qualification: MBA-HR/BBA/MSW
• Responsibilities: HR operations and recruitment.

7. Camp Boss

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience: 4+ years
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Ex-Servicemen
• Responsibilities: Camp administration and workforce management.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in EPC companies and projects such as residential, commercial, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, institutional campuses, stadiums, warehouses, and data centers are encouraged to apply.
