1. Manager
- Code: TL-MM
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Job Description: Search for relevant tenders, prepare costing, submit bids, handle queries, and prepare MIS reports.
2. Sr. Engineer/Engineer
- Code: TL-SE
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Job Description: Ensure documentation, participate in tender evaluation, required experience in tendering.
3. GET
- Code: TL-GET
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Job Description: Research tender requirements, create reports, build relationships with stakeholders.
Distribution/UG Works-Tendering Transmission Function
4. General Manager (DUG-GM)
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 12 to 15 Years
- Job Description: Develop a system to monitor and track various tenders. Gather all technical specifications and requirements needed to fulfill the tender. Study the tender document to find out and analyze major commercial and technical points. Coordinate with various departments such as design, procurement, projects, commercial, etc., to get various inputs in line with techno-commercial requirements of bid specification.
5. Assistant General Manager (DUG-AM)
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Job Description: Study the tender document for costing and estimation. Work out the BOQ quantity from the client’s price schedule for floating inquiries to various suppliers for price comparison. Prepare the bid synopsis for review. Participate in bid compilation/bid submission on the due date and attend bid openings.
6. Manager (DUG-MM)
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 7 to 9 Years
- Job Description: Prepare tenders from start to finish, including drafting bids, proposals, and submissions. Manage databases for tendering purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and materials for tender preparation.
7. Sr. Engineer / Engineer (DUG-SE)
- Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electrical
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Job Description: Evaluate tender documents and schedules. Float inquiries to suppliers/manufacturers. Conduct comparison studies based on suppliers’ quotations. Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product. Prepare datasheets and maintain records on a regular basis. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, and MIS reports is required.
