Ayesa is bidding for the prestigious Pune Ring Road MSRDC Project in Maharashtra and is seeking qualified professionals with extensive experience in roads, highways, tunnels, and bridge projects. Candidates should have relevant experience as specified for each role.

Open Positions:

1. Team Leader (International)

• Experience: 20 years in roads/highways/tunnels, with at least 10 years in tunnel projects.
• Requirements: International experience in construction supervision of tunnel projects, preferably with NATM methodology.

2. Resident Engineer Highways

• Experience: 15 years, with experience in handling at least 2 highway projects of about 100 km each, one of which should be 4-lane.

3. Resident Engineer Structure

• Experience: 15 years, with 10 years in construction supervision of bridges. Familiarity with modern construction methods required.

4. Resident Engineer Tunnel

• Experience: 15 years in supervision of tunnel projects, with experience in handling at least 3 tunnel projects of about 3 km each, one of which should be 4-lane.

5. Highway Design cum Pavement Specialist

• Experience: 15 years, with at least 10 years in highway design works. Should have handled at least 2 projects of similar configuration.

6. Bridge / Structural Design Engineer

• Experience: 15 years in designing major highway bridges. Experience in designing at least 4 major highway bridges of similar configuration required.

7. Senior Contract Specialist

• Experience: 15 years, with at least 4 years as a contract specialist on any national/state highway project.

8. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience: 15 years, with experience in handling highway contracts. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision of highways.

9. Senior Quality cum Material Engineer

• Experience: 15 years, with experience as a material/geotechnical engineer in construction supervision of at least 2 highway projects.

10. Tunnel Design Specialist

• Experience: 15 years, with a postgraduate degree in Engineering in Geotechnical/Rock Mechanics/Mining Engineering or equivalent. Experience in tunnel design works, specifically using NATM technology.

11. Team Leader (National)

• Experience: 20 years, with experience in construction supervision of highways. Should have handled at least two projects, including one elevated corridor of 3.5 km length.
