Position: Sr. Engineer – QA/QC

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 6 years in QA/QC roles.
• Soft Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Location: Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for infrastructure projects.
2. Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship.
3. Testing: Coordinate and witness testing and commissioning of systems and equipment.
4. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely corrective actions.
5. Compliance: Verify adherence to regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including reports, certificates, and test results.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
8. Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
