Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Contract and Tender Management degree from NICMAR

Experience: 11 to 13 years in Contract and Tendering

Skills:

• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• Project Implementation, Stakeholder Management, Project Monitoring, Vendor Negotiations, Risk Management
• Valuation, Billing & Reconciliation, Tendering & Proposals, Change Orders
• Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Compliance
• Software Skills: Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP
