Open Positions: Civil Engineering & Support Staff
1. General Manager – Project Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 18+ years (including 3+ years as Project Head)
- Background: High-Rise Commercial Buildings (No PMC/Infra/Real Estate)
- Current Role: Must be at least Sr. DGM
2. APM / DPM / PM – Project Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: APM – 8 yrs, DPM – 10 yrs, PM – 13 yrs
- Background: High-Rise Commercial Buildings only (No PMC/Infra/Real Estate)
3. Civil Engineers – Project Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Background: High-Rise Commercial Buildings
4. Manager / Engineer – Project Planning
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 8 to 13 years
- Skills: Primavera, MS Projects; planning for high-rise buildings
5. QA/QC Engineers
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 8 to 13 years in QA/QC for High-Rise Commercial Buildings
6. Engineers – QS / Billing / BBS
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 5 to 12 years in QS, Billing, and BBS
7. Foreman & Supervisors
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in High-Rise Commercial Buildings
