• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in the construction industry
• Requirement: Must be well-versed in MEPF work for public buildings

2. Lead Designer

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in structure design, preferably near running tracks

3. Manager – MEPF

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEPF services for public buildings

4. Resident Engineer – Civil

• No. of Positions: 1
• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction industry

5. Resident Engineer – Electrical
