Available Positions:
1. Contract Manager
- Job Code: MFC-002
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record with large private-sector clients
- Expertise in contract negotiation, change-order management, risk mitigation
- Prior experience on RCC factories or projects valued at ₹100 Cr+ is a plus
2. Planning Manager
- Job Code: MFC-003
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
Key Requirements:
- Development and oversight of detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project)
- Resource loading and critical-path analysis
- Familiarity with large-scale civil/RCC factory timelines
3. Billing Manager
- Job Code: MFC-004
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
Key Requirements:
- Preparation and certification of interim/final bills
- Client liaison for invoicing, payment follow-up
- Knowledge of industry billing norms for ₹100 Cr+ projects
