Position:

• Tendering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in highways.
• Manage the complete tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
• Analyze tender documents, contracts, and financial feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and legal teams for accurate bid preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with NHAI, MORTH, PWDs, and other stakeholders.
• Track market trends, competitor bids, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with EPC, HAM, and PPP models in highway tendering.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil) or MBA
• Experience: 8+ years in highway tendering & bidding
• Strong knowledge of NHAI, MORTH, PWD tenders & EPC/HAM/PPP models
• Expertise in bid preparation, contract negotiation & cost estimation
• Excellent stakeholder management and market analysis skills
