- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 7 to 20 years in building work.
3. Supervisor – E&C
- Qualifications: SSC pass
- Experience: 5 to 20 years in RCC / Finishing work in building projects.
QS & Billing
4. Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer – QS & Billing/BBS
- Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years in QS & Billing / BBS for building work.
Planning
5. Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Planning
- Qualifications: B.E. (Civil) + PGP (NICMAR)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years in planning for building projects.
QA/QC
6. Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer – QA/QC
- Qualifications: BE / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 5 to 15 years in QA/QC for building work.
7. Lab Technician – QA/QC
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in building projects.
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
8. Assistant Manager / Officer – HSE
- Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate with ADIS or PDIS
- Experience: 8+ years in safety supervision for building projects.
9. Supervisor – HSE
- Qualifications: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: 5 years in safety supervision for building projects.
Plant & Machinery
10. Manager / Sr. Engineer – Plant & Machinery
- Qualifications: BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 5 to 20 years in building projects, including batching plants.
11. Foreman – Plant & Machinery
- Qualifications: ITI / Experienced
- Experience: 8+ years in identifying and rectifying breakdowns in equipment such as Tower Cranes, Passenger Hoists, Concrete Pumps, Boom Placers, BBM, and BCM.
12. Electricians / Tower Crane Operators / Signalmen
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
