- Qualification: Postgraduate in Public Health / Environmental Engineering
- Experience: 20+ years in Government advisory (Urban/Rural)
- Key Responsibilities: Strategic leadership for project planning, execution, and monitoring OR Coordination for GoI/GoO schemes like NRW, 24×7 WS, HSC, Jalasathi OR MIS development and reporting to Principal Secretary
2. Programme Management & Policy Expert
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil/Environmental + MBA
- Experience: 10+ years in Government advisory
- Key Responsibilities: Drafting policies and guidelines OR Supervising outreach agencies OR Quality control framework and report preparation OR Supporting project execution
3. Programme Management & Technical Expert
- Qualification: PG in Structural/Environmental/Water Resources Engineering (with 10+ yrs experience) OR B.Tech (Civil) with 15+ yrs experience
- Key Responsibilities: Designing, preparing DPRs, technical monitoring OR Cross-departmental coordination OR M&E activities
4. Procurement & Contract Management Expert
