Education & Experience:

📌 Degree: Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (PMP certification is a plus)
📌 Experience: 5-6 years in building works (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial projects)

Location: Gurugram Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔹 Oversee construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• 🔹 Manage site activities, monitor progress, and enforce quality standards.
• 🔹 Coordinate with teams and ensure safety compliance.
• 🔹 Review MEP designs, manage installations, and resolve on-site issues.
• 🔹 Implement energy-efficient & sustainable MEP solutions.
• 🔹 Maintain regulatory compliance & detailed project documentation.

Key Competencies:

✔ Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, MEP & building codes.
✔ Familiarity with green building & sustainable practices.
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
