We Are Hiring –

Senior Civil Engineer (Solar, Wind, Substation & Transmission Line Projects)

• Location: Kutch & Rajula, Gujarat
• Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7 to 8 years in Renewable Energy Projects (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Civil Construction & Site Supervision

• Oversee, plan, and manage all civil construction activities related to substations including equipment foundations, control room buildings, trenches, roads, drainage, and other structural works.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction meets the required standards.
• Coordinate with electrical and project teams to ensure seamless integration of civil and electrical works.

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Develop construction schedules, work plans, and material procurement strategies.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify potential risks and delays and implement corrective measures.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures at the site.
• Implement and monitor strict safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers for effective execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as daily progress reports (DPR), weekly progress reports (WPR), documentation, and site logs.

5. Quality Control & Material Management

• Ensure all construction materials meet project specifications and standards.
• Perform quality control tests for soil, concrete (including cube tests), and validate design mixes.
• Review and approve material submittals and construction method statements.
