Located in Pilani, Rajasthan, CSIR-CEERI conducts cutting-edge research, innovation, and technology development to address various challenges in the electronics industry.

Qualifications:

1. Technician (Electrician):

• SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks.
• ITI certificate or National/State trade certificate in Electrician.
• OR 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Electrician trade.
• OR 3 years of work experience in Electrician trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Body under the Government of India/State/UT.

2. Technician (Electronics Mechanic):

• SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks.
• ITI certificate or National/State trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic.
• OR 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Electronics Mechanic trade.
• OR 3 years of work experience in Electronics Mechanic trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Body under the Government of India/State/UT.

3. Technician (COPA – Computer Operator and Programming Assistant):

• SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks.
• ITI certificate or National/State trade certificate in COPA.
• OR 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in COPA trade.
• OR 3 years of work experience in COPA trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Body under the Government of India/State/UT.

4. Technician (Mechanic – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning):

• SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks.
• ITI certificate or National/State trade certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.
• OR 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade.
• OR 3 years of work experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Body under the Government of India/State/UT.

5. Technician (Welder):

• SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks.
• ITI certificate or National/State trade certificate in Welder.
• OR 2 years full-time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Welder trade.
• OR 3 years of work experience in Welder trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/Public sector undertaking/Autonomous Body under the Government of India/State/UT.

Selection Process:

• Candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for a Trade Test.
• Qualifying candidates from the Trade Test will undergo a competitive written examination.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the written examination.
