We are expanding our team for a prestigious high-end residential project in South Mumbai and are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Residential, Commercial, or Hospitality projects.
Open Positions
We invite applications for the following roles:
1. Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager
- Experience: 14–15 years
2. Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience: 10–11 years
3. Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience: 10–11 years
4. Junior Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience: 6–7 years
5. Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Experience: 6–7 years
Job Requirements (Role-Specific)
- Mandatory experience in high-end residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Civil and/or MEP works as applicable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of participating in key project meetings (e.g., TCMs, kick-off meetings)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills
Proficiency in:
- Budget preparation, cost planning & cash flow forecasting
- Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation/validation
- Tender drafting, bid evaluation, and rate analysis
- RA bill certification and final account closure
- Contract administration and change order control
- Project documentation and reconciliation
Location
- South Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Note: Candidates currently residing in Mumbai or with a base in Mumbai are preferred.
