Qualifications & Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university (for Engineers, Architects, and Surveyors).
• Diploma of Associate Engineering (for Quality Inspectors).

2. Experience:

• Relevant work experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly Villas and Residential Buildings.
• Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia on similar projects.

3. Key Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of villa and residential building construction standards.
• Expertise in quality supervision and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
