1. Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Civil)

• No. of Positions: 2
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
• Experience Required: 10–20 years

Key Skills:

• Experience with Railway, Metro, and Civil Infrastructure Tenders (EPC, BOQ, PPP)
• Civil Cost & Quantity Estimation
• Rate Analysis
• Preparation and Presentation of Technical & Commercial Proposals

Exposure to projects such as:

• Railways (Composite/Track Work)
• Tunnel (NATM/TBM)
• Cavern
• Elevated Viaducts
• Major/Special Bridges
• Station Buildings (Underground & Overground)

2. Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Civil)

• No. of Positions: 3
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
• Experience Required: 5–15 years

Key Skills:

• Similar to DGM/AGM profile above
• Strong knowledge in BOQ, EPC, PPP projects
• Civil Quantity Estimation and Rate Analysis
• Proposal Documentation and Submission

3. Assistant Manager – Surveyor (Civil)

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
• Experience Required: 5–15 years

Key Skills:

• Quantity Estimation
• Site Surveying
• Building Estimation, Track Work, and Bridge Projects
