Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) is seeking highly motivated Railway & Urban Transportation Electrical professionals for its New Delhi location. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates in Railway and Metro tendering & estimation to join a leading infrastructure company.
Open Position:
Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Electrical)
- Location: New Delhi
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech (Electrical)
- Experience: 7-15 years (Railway/Metro tenders)
- Number of Positions: 01
Key Responsibilities:
- Tendering, Electrical Quantity and Cost Estimation for OHE, TSS, GEW, E&M, Substations, and 3rd Rail tenders.
- Preparation of Technical & Commercial proposals for Railway Electrical/Composite EPC & BOQ tenders.
- Coordination with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors for quotations.
- Rate analysis and preparation of technical & commercial proposals.
- Study and finalize quantities & designs in coordination with design consultants.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Railway Electrical Construction Tender Estimation & Proposal (EPC/BOQ/Composite/Station Building Tenders)
- Strong knowledge of Transmission Line & Substation industry
- Experience working with Conventional Railways, Metro Rail, and Semi High-Speed Rail projects
- Ability to work in a team with strong communication & analytical skills
