Job Opportunity:

• Position: Dy. Manager / Manager – Business Development & Tendering
• Department: Business Development & Tendering
• Division: Building / Railways
• Location: Head Office, Lucknow
• Salary Budget: 4 to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Identify, evaluate, and analyze tenders and RFPs for Building and Railway projects to ensure strategic alignment.
• Strategic Partnerships: Forge and manage strategic partnerships, including Joint Ventures (JVs), to maximize project opportunities and collaboration.
• Pre-Bid Processes: Lead the preparation of RFP queries, provide clarity to clients, and drive the pre-bid process with excellence.
• Proposal Preparation: Oversee the preparation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals to ensure a competitive edge and client satisfaction.
• Work Orders & Billing: Draft work orders, manage contracts, and efficiently process consultant bills to ensure smooth execution and timely payments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7-10 years in Business Development and Tendering in the infrastructure or construction sector (preferably in Building and Railways)

Skills:

• Strong business development and tendering experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-ups.
