Designation: Sr. Engineer / Engineer (Planning & Billing)
- Location: Head Office, Delhi
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Industry: Engineering, Construction & Water Treatment
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of client bills as per contract and BOQ
- Price escalation and rate analysis
- Developing monthly & weekly construction programs
- Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Estimating monthly steel requirements
- Maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report) and RFI as per site needs
- Reconciliation of steel & concrete
- Monthly contractor bill preparation for respective sites
- RFI summary preparation for client billing as per SPS & IPC
- Creating MIS reports reflecting work progress
- Comparing planned vs. actual progress and exploring alternative approaches
- Coordinating with team members, seniors, and consultants
- Monitoring and checking miscellaneous work
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in WTP, STP, and CETP projects.
