Recruitment:

• Role: Senior Manager/ AGM Tendering – Power T&D
• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical.
• Experience: 15–20 years in Tendering for Substation and Transmission Line projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Substation & Transmission Line projects under the BOOT Model.
• Evaluate tender documents, identify project requirements, and manage bid preparation.
• Ensure adherence to tender timelines and compliance with client specifications and regulations.
• Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Strategy teams to identify new BOOT project opportunities.
• Analyze market trends to position the company for competitive bidding.
• Collaborate across departments to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bids.
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including capital and operational expenditure.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies for risk mitigation during bid preparation.
• Manage risks during project execution and engage with key vendors and subcontractors.
• Negotiate with clients, stakeholders, and consortium partners to finalize tender terms.
