Job Details:

• Position: AGM/Sr. Manager/Manager
• Qualification: B. Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 15-21 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Cost Planning and Billing (Client/Sub-Contractors).
• Experienced in preparing proposals for Change of Scope, Variations, and Additional Items identified in the project.
• Timely preparation of BOQ, Estimates, and Bar Bending Schedule.
• Preparation of Rate Analysis for various items and Work Orders for Sub-Contractors.
• Preparation of claims as per Contract Agreement.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Hydro Power/Tunnel projects will be given priority.

Age Criteria: Applicants should be not more than 45 years old.
