Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely delivery.
- Support & Reporting: Assist the project manager with monthly progress and budget reports.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues related to project progress, cost, and quality.
- Coordination: Work closely with project management consultants, contractors, and quality control engineers.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual inspections and manage quality control processes.
- Payment Processing: Ensure timely payments to contractors.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with 3 additional years of experience are also welcome).
