Position Available:

• AGM – Legal

Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Qualifications & Experience:

• Required Qualifications: LLB (Law degree); an LLM or equivalent advanced legal qualification is preferred.
• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in handling legal matters related to litigation, arbitration, contract management, and land acquisition, particularly in the infrastructure or corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arbitration Management: Lead and manage arbitration cases, ensuring efficient dispute resolution.
• Litigation Oversight: Handle litigation cases, including civil, criminal, and commercial disputes, to safeguard the organization’s interests.
• Government Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and regulatory authorities for seamless business operations.
• Land Acquisition: Oversee land acquisition processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Proactively manage legal risks associated with litigation, arbitration, and land acquisition.
• Team Management: Manage and develop the legal team.
• Contract Management & Advisory: Provide internal legal advisory and handle contract management duties.
